Ahhh....I love Christmas!

I have had such a wonderful few weeks.  My mama and Dad and I have been to the zoo over a dozen times since Thankgsiving.  We love it there and I saw my first movie - the Polar Express 3D.  Just long enough for me, I don't sit still that well, I'm a mover, a worker, and I love to play--especially with my Dad.  :)

Awaited Show with my Sebastian friends!

One guy is always a worker....and one guy is always playing!

I love this guy.  AND the deer ate his nose off!  I put a big carrot in for his nose and they came and ate it out!  It was the coolest thing I have seen in a long time.

I have been so blessed this past month.  I have seen every family member and Santa said I was more nicer than I was naughty.  Although I have told my mama and dad and Papaw how naughty they are.  I got to play in the snow and ride the train at the zoo, sneaked on lots of deers, and eat some fantastic meals.  I  stayed up until 11:55 on New Year's Eve and had a big ol' marshmallow in a tree of wet chocolate.  I told my mama yesterday I hope my birthday is next because I want to blow out lots of candles.  (My dad sure has lots.)  Happy 2013!

It's holiday time!

We hosted a huge thanksgiving party and I had a blast.  We ate in the garage which some might find strange but I sweep the place every week.  We decorate and this year we fed 25 Wallaces, and it was delicious.

On Saturday we headed to Grandma & Grandpa's farm and I played with Freeman.  It was pretty cold...but never too cold for a tractor ride.

Then the Sunday after Turkey Day I was reading books with Mama and Daddy and when I reached for another book it slid and I slid.  Into the corner of the end table I went. It was really messy and they needed two stitches to close it up.  It looks a lot worse in this picture then it was.  I had been throwing up that day so the Dr.s wanted to make sure I didn't have a concussion.  It was a long night...but the next day Mama and I got to play at home all day!

All better...well not really, I pick it a lot.  Here is my favorite treat after a haircut--Orange Leaf.

I'm might be a little big for my britches....

It seems lately like I tell my mom and dad to "STOP doing that" and I find myself going to time out.  Most recently I quietly unlocked the sliding glass doors and just went out to get the leaves out of the gutter.  My mama totally freaked and I found myself getting my mouth washed out with soap and spending time in my bedroom.  It was just a ladder, sorry I spit when you pulled me down Mama but I was helping my dad (he just wasn't home yet to need my help.)
My mama says this weather has been a real blessing.  I've only seen snow 1 time, so I'm not sure what she is saying.  BUT, yesterday we had the best Sat. of my life.  I had music class in the morning and then Mama and my dad took me to the zoo.  We ended the night with Balluminaria.  It was so strange....big candles lighting up hot air balloons.

Happy Halloween!

Well we practiced and practiced but I got a little shy at the real houses.  My mama was so nice and I loved practicing but I said it very soft when I knocked on the doors with Minnie and Nan.

I had a great evening and went to many a Halloween party this year. My cousin Tom's Birthday was the best--I hope this is a new tradition!

@ 2 1/2, I'm all about MOVING & staying busy!

I'm one of the luckiest little guys I know.  I get to play with my dad and help him "work".  I'm getting very good at his drill and practice on his tool bench almost every evening.  But lately the weather has been so good I want to be outside all the time.  My mama and dad take turns taking me but I like when dad goes outside because he lets me go really fast on my bike.  We take a long walk down the hill to Mt. Lookout square UDF where I sometimes share my milkshake with him,and then we ride all the way to the playground and back to my house.  It is far and I get tired but we love going and running really fast at the soccer field by the playground.

We also met my cousins at the farm one Sat. and played all day.  Freeman and I rode anything and everything with a motor--tractors and jeeps are our favorites!  I love anything that moves and last weekend went to see my Uncle Mawk for Aunt Mindy's birthday.  We rode the train 4x.  Mawk calls it the L but I want it be called Chawley's house because I love it.  "Doors opening, doors closing".  I could work on that train!

If you run into me soon, I have a song I would like to share with you....well really LOTS of song.  I sing constantly!

And the Pool closes.....

My days and many evenings this past summer have included the pool with Mama and Dad.  I really love the pool and have gotten very brave.  Dad doesn't like that part so well but I can really go anywhere along the wall. I jump to mom if she holds her hands out and love to walk on my tippy toes.  That really makes Dad nervous!  I have taken a few slips under the water but none that made me cry or get really scared, so I have had a very FUN and safe summer.  The pool is closing in 3 days.  :(  I hope my mama gets me swim lessons somewhere b/c tonight was the first night I ever jumped in without her holding my hands.  AND it was only b/c I watched a little girl do it first.  (Although my mom says I watched a zillion people jump all summer) but tonight it clicked.  I dived in, and twisted jump-ded, and lots of jump-deds that splashed my mama.

Lake George

A couple of buddies and I went to a lake this past weekend.  It was a FUN weekend, even if we had to share some of the lake house with our parents.  Oh well....they were pretty manageable.  We had a great time, on a slow boat and a super fast boat.  My mom even went boating in a flat one called a kayak.  Basically it was just really good food, good friends, and A LOT of playing!  There was a guy seated on a bench in the hallway of this lake house who let us climb all over him.  His name was Ol' MacDonald , but people kept calling him Ronald McDonald.  I'm not sure who that guy is, but me and Ol' MacDonald were buds!  We stayed in a bedroom that had a name it was called Mayor McCheese's Suite, we even had hamburger placemats in case we got messy at lunch.  All my buddies were there and I had a blast.
